2. Appointments and Bookings

Booking Confirmation: All appointments must be confirmed at the time of booking. All bookings will require a full payment to secure your booking.

Cancellations: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations will incur a 50% non-refundable fee and a missed appointment will result in the total fee being utilized for time booked. Rescheduling of appointments should be done within 14 days of the original appointment date.

Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to accommodate other clients.

3. Payments

Accepted Methods: Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, or any other method specified on our website. Payments must be made in full to secure your booking. Once payment is completed, kindly forward us your proof of payment on the contact details provided below to arrange for your preferred date and time of booking. Subject to availability.

Refunds: Payments for completed treatments are non-refundable. In case of dissatisfaction, please contact us to discuss your concerns.

4. Treatment Results

Individual Results: Outcomes may vary based on skin type, condition, and adherence to aftercare. We cannot guarantee specific results for any treatment.

Suitability: Treatments are tailored to each individual after a professional consultation. It is the client's responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns that may affect treatment outcomes.

5. Health and Safety

Client Information: A medical history form must be completed before the first treatment. This information helps ensure your safety and optimal results.

Contraindications: Certain treatments may not be suitable for clients with specific conditions (e.g., pregnancy, epilepsy, and certain medications). Our team will advise during your consultation.

Outcomes may vary based on skin type and condition, health, diet and lifestyle, medication, and adherence to aftercare.

6. Privacy Policy

7. Gift Cards and Promotions

Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They must be presented at the time of treatment.

Promotions: Offers and promotions cannot be combined and are subject to availability. Expired promotions cannot be redeemed.
