Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Meraki Medspa Medspa, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling for all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Advance Notice: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. This includes cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment.
Late Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours in advance, your payment will not be refunded. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.
Rescheduling: While refunds are not available for late cancellations, you may reschedule your appointment to a new time slot within 14 days of the original date, subject to availability.
No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will forfeit their payment and will need to book a new appointment.
